Italian Food Supplement Law

On 14 December the Commission's comment period expired on the Italian food supplement draft law (including claims for herbals and other substances). However as expected, the Commission has sent a comment related to labelling and claims included in the law. The Italian Ministry of Health must now reply to the Commission's comment by mid/end February 2010.
